Hi, I'm Navneet Krishna. I run the blog Freshbyte Labs to share my own experiences and thoughts that i had throughout my short android development career. I have started coding(mostly c++ ,javascript) since my school time. Later in college I found myself interested in android and thought of learning java. I have been a passionate android developer since then and have always been trying to push my limits to more and more android tech stack.

Freshbyte Labs is aimed at providing quality tutorials surrounding the issues that you may have encountered during android development. Freshbyte Labs covers issues regarding json parsing, dynamic json response handling, ssl handshake issues, android's compatability with different ssl versions, certificate pinning etc. I have also tried to address some of the issues that we had while handling server configurations. We may also cover topics regarding remote desktop connection setup, vps hosting, shared hosting etc.


Some of the events that i have been part of are :

1) INDIAHACKS - 2016 (Developer conference and Hackathon conducted by hackerearth)




I got selected into the top 20s of Indiahacks finals(fintech track) back in march 2016. The prototype that i developed was a bill splitting app. The event was attended by nearly 50,000 developers. The details about the event can be found here or here 














The event was 1 day long coding event in which all the participants were asked to convert initial the prototype into a fully functional solution.


2) TECHATHON - 2016(hackathon conducted by Rapid Value Solutions)

The event was conducted by  Rapid Value Solutions and supported by NASSCOM, Uber and Kerala Startup Mission. My team got shortlisted into the finals(top 20)
